my plan for berlin

if you are not aware, this sunday i am running the berlin marathon.

this is my plan.

1. have fun
2. run with a camera
3. take pictures with amazing monuments
4. take pictures with hot men..yep i am putting it out there
5. shop shop shop
6. eat, drink, eat, drink, eat, drink, run, eat, drink, drink, drink, drink
7. i will be taking tons of pictures so i will add them on here




i tried to be super savay..clearly it did not work. my picture is suppose to be in this picture....just picture my pretty smiling face with that time...hahahaha didnt that kind of make you laugh...well at least giggle..see you when i return.

today one of my good friends lost her mom totally unexpected. when i found out i was blown away. it reminded me of my other amazing friend lissy, and when she lost her mom unexpected.

life is so short. sometimes too short for the wrong people. i know that things are meant to be but i never understand things like this.

to my jazz, i hope you know that i love you more than anything and i am here for you always and no matter what you need i have your back. i dont know why things like this happen but there is a plan...hopefully its makes sense to us soon. i hope you know and realize that you were probably your mother's greatest joy. since i met you --you have made so many amazing changes, accomplishments know that she loved you and held you close to her heart. i never met your mom but i am sure she thought this. i love you so much jazzy and i am here for you...always.

10 years ago---i woke up to go to class. it was my senior year. my first year living on my own. i remember going to turn on the tv. i heard matt lauier say...a plane just hit the world trade center. i thought to myself what. i will never forget that day.

state farm came out with these commercials today and they are amazing.

this week in the good old nyc...

last week i lived through a earthquake..yes an earthquake on the east coast, trust me i didn't believe it either....until my desk started shaking then i believed it.


then this past weekend we lived through "irene", this lady came through the middle of night i personally did not feel her wrath, but a lot of people did. it was no bueno here on the east coast.

i also went for run on saturday and although it was not the my ideal run i have decided to scrap it and move on.

from now till berlin i will not run. i will only spin, strength training and swim and on sept. 25 i will lace up my sneakers again and run the hell out of berlin.

i know i will rock it out...and worst case scenario i will drink beer on the course and eat a pretzel it is berlin after all!! ;)
